Technical Content Writer

We are in the mission of making IoT and AI technologies accessible to small and medium enterprises. Fogwing is our cloud platform with users from 90+ countries across the world, who are experimenting various IoT and Manufacturing projects. We are continuously investing in innovation and product development to become leader in this space.

We are looking for highly energetic individual with minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience to join as Technical Content Writer to create technical guides and marketing contents. This role will provide opportunity to learn and experience in products content creation and marketing practice to create successful career. Location:

HSR Layout, Bangalore

Graduation:

Any Science Graduate with Strong English Proficiency

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be creative in writing high quality technical content with simple language that can be understandable by any users.
• Work with product engineering team to understand of the product functions and releases to prepare technical guide in our help center.
• Build knowledge in Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Operations and related processes to create technical blog contents for our knowledge hub.
• Support digital marketing team to prepare email campaigns, release notes and other social post.
• Open to work in priority tasks and changes in tasks as the day demands.
• Review contents prepared other team and support with corrections.
• Willing to work in Manufacturing Domain.

Qualification Required:

• 1 -2 years of experience in technical content writing preferably about software products.
• Provide few sample articles published by you for reference if any.
• Experience in SaaS contents creation is added value.
• Strong knowledge in computing technologies, social writing, and interest in technologies.
• Strong speaking, writing and presentation communication required.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
