Team Lead – Marketing and Communications

We are looking for highly energetic individual to join as Team Lead – Marketing and Communications to be part of our marketing team to promote our SaaS products and services to potential customers and partners across global. Experience Required:

4 – 6 years of experience in SaaS Digital Marketing

Education Required:

MBA in Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Go-To-Market plan and action on quarterly basis to drive inbound traffics and conversions from across global.
  • Work closely with product teams to understand product roadmaps in order to craft, promote, and measure product adoption.
  • Lead the team of marketing folks in SEO, Email Campaigns, Ads, Social Media and other channels to drive uniformity across digital channels.
  • Lead content publishing team to develop content strategy, review and publish to drive organic traffic and lead generations.
  • Write blog as senior leader in the team to publish contents for enterprise customers.
  • Establish trusted relationships with current and potential partners for joint marketing promotions.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports; presenting to internal leaders in meetings, exhibits and trade shows.
  • Maintaining leads and status accurately in our CRM software
  • Work with sales management on sales planning, forecasting and strategy to meet goals
  • Coordinate between engineering teams and leads to carry out required lead conversion plan.
  • Research market trends, competitions, and reach out to third parties to promote products in other mediums.
  • Willing to work in Manufacturing Domain.

Qualification Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Software or SaaS Marketing.
  • Strong experience in all aspect of digital marketing practice with knowledge in SEO, Email Campaigns, Ads and Social Media promotions.
  • MBA in Marketing background required.
  • Strong communication skill in reading, writing, speaking and presentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and exposure in SaaS Marketing Funnel.
  • Very active in social media and outspoken personalities.
